Rhian Peterman is a Washington-based photographer who’s work explores the vernacular of our shared experiences, expressed through lyrical storytelling. The visual language of his work bridges the gap between introspective poetic expression and documentary photography. He highlights the tension between these approaches by exploring themes of liminality, labor, stewardship, hope, dispossession, and quiet contemplation.
